– the information threats posed by external forces armed with powerful
information technologies will continue to create a profound danger. Since, such
situation may bring about the so-called psychological crisis not only in the
international community, but also in the public inside the country, where the news
supply is deemed to be weak (due to poor technologies; closeness of information;
censorship). Therefore, there should be certain constructs, rules and provisions in
shaping state’s positive image.
